HERE ARE SOME OF OUR FAVORITE TEA GARDEN HERBS:
๐ต Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) -supports digestion and sleep, nurtures the nervous system, and soothes nausea and fevers.
๐ต Nettle (Urtica dioica) - high in vitamins A and C and is a good source of quercetin, iron, magnesium, and potassium.
