I can literally feel God trimming away unproductive or harmful aspects of my life to help foster my spiritual growth so I can produce more fruit than I ever imagined.

Literally sitting here counting my blessings…

The last slide is a lie but everybody be lying on here so….

Manifest they say, I SHEENA RENEE WILL BE A MILLION DOLLAR HAIRSTYLIST by the time I turn 50 years old and I will be able to use my degree by entertaining y’all on these social media platform’s.

Even though peri menopause has been kicking my butt, I don’t look like what I’ve been going through!

During this 7 year long journey I’ve learned that working out 3-4 times a week, quiet time and eating a well balanced diet helps to minimize my menopausal symptoms.

Coffee (especially dark roast) and alcohol are not my friend during this season so I have to limit my intake tremendously. My hormone replacementent meds are working well and I’m falling in love with this new version of me!

I’m not on high blood pressure meds nor am I pre-diabetic and I have promised myself that my mental and physical health will always come 1st. I’ve been going to therapy once a month going on 3 years and the growth I’ve experienced is incredible.

Health is the truest form of wealth and I’m on my way to Billionare status!

I’m going to continue to get high off of the life that The Most High has granted me and mind the business that pays me.

If you are struggling with choosing YOU, I want to encourage you today to learn how to make YOU your #1 priority!

Aliya, God made you special. My wish for you is to always know a little bit more today than you knew yesterday about life, about yourself, about what you can do and create in this world.

That you’ll keep moving forward toward your dreams, even if it’s just one small step at a time.

That you’ll always find room in your life and your heart for the people and things that make you happy…

And that when you look in the mirror, you’ll see what a wonderful blessing you are.
