Big news: Meet our newest flavor, Blue Power! 🫐💪🧠
This one is incredibly personal to me. If we’ve chatted at the markets lately, you know my family has been navigating my Mom’s struggle with Alzheimer’s. For me, food is always medicine, and I wanted to create a snack that truly supported brain health.
Then, a local personal trainer asked for a protein added ball.
Enter “Blue Power.” It’s a powerful, organic blend of blueberries, dates, walnuts (amazing for the brain!), and clean pea protein. It’s functional fuel that tastes unbelievable—and it was our #1 best seller at today’s pop-up!
This new flavor is with me all weekend until it sells out, and then we’ll see which local stores pick it up.

I kicked off Thursday morning with Blue Power at Mike Duffy’s Personal Training.
📍 Friday: Seaside Park Farmers Market • 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM | J Street Marina
📍 Saturday: Fair Haven Farmers Market • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | (Get here early! I’ll have plenty of balls and elderberry, but I can’t guarantee how long flavors last!)
📍 Sunday: Point Pleasant Farmers Market • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM | At the train station | Load up on snacks before the beach (look for Tommy Guac and Beetlejuice too!).

Between handcrafting your favorite organic treats, packing up for the local markets, and keeping things fresh, May absolutely flew by—and we completely forgot to celebrate our own birthday! 🤦♀️🎂
I "offically" started this journey in 2022 with a simple mission: to bring you fresh, organic, and handmade goodness. Four years later, looking at this amazing community, our hearts (and market bags) are completely full.
