While I recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, my website sends reminders 2 and 3 days prior to your appointment, making it challenging for me to accept forgetfulness as a valid reason for not showing up. As my time is valuable, I will charge your card on file for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

My policies are clearly outlined during the booking process, demonstrating my commitment to my craft and time. If you are prone to forgetfulness, unable to commit to your scheduled time, or lack concern for your hair, I kindly request that you do not book an appointment with me.
