From tired and dated to stunning and functional! This Rock Hill, SC homeowner had a screened porch that had seen better days, so they called Valverax to bring it back to life.

We completely transformed their space with a 3-season vinyl-film enclosure project. Here's what we did:

First, we replaced the old vinyl railings with beautiful wood ones for a fresh look. Then we installed vinyl-film fixed-lites on the outside of the railings and added vertical 4-track stacking windows with 3 vents above—perfect for ventilation and protection from the elements.

To complete the renovation, we installed trapezoid panels on the gable end, wrapped the outside posts in aluminum for durability, and trimmed out all the inside windows with quarter round trim in a fresh paint color. We also fixed the fascia, wrapped it, and replaced the gutters and downspouts.

The result? A beautiful 3-season sanctuary that looks brand new and ready to enjoy for years to come.

Talk about a transformation! This Charlotte homeowner had an aged porch that was showing its years—old fission stapled screens, sloped tile flooring, and deteriorating structural elements. We knew we could turn it into something special.

Our team got to work with a complete renovation. We discovered some rot in the existing posts and header, so we replaced those with new treated posts and LVL, bringing everything up to code. We added a beautiful pressure-treated deck with Fiberon composite decking and aluminum railing with decorative lattice and lighting.

Inside, we upgraded the house walls with HardiePanel vertical siding in a classic board-and-batten style, replaced the aged vinyl soffit with warm Pine Tongue and Groove, and installed new Paltimore Wengue tile flooring. Then we finished it off with Craft-Bilt Vinyl-Film Stacking Windows and Doors in an aluminum wall system.
