While we live in a world that says force it and fix it that only perpetuates patterns of stress, trauma & too much.
So wether we are doing somatic healing together in a coaching container or you’re on my treatment bed getting a buccal massage - i’m not here to force your body into “release”.
i’m here to provide the saftey, the deep listening, the honoring.
and when we just allow the body to be where it is, beautiful things begin to happen.
Real choice gets introduced where choice has been lost before - teaching and re-wiring a new NS pattern not by forcing but by believing and trusting in her inherent wisdom.

💛 This morning I read some of my old journal entries and in those journals I wrote about a future me, how I wanted to feel, the impact and purpose I wanted to experience, the calling I knew was on my heart but didn’t know how to follow or bring into reality.
Fast forward to now and here I am, experiencing so much of what I desired to embody and feel. I wrote about the woman I desired to be, in a season of deep pain and I teared as I read that because I feel like that woman now, one that once was just a dream, just a desire…. is a real experience.
The way I hold myself, love myself and experience myself.
and how in that I get to touch others and support them.
Gosh i used to be crippled & ashamed of my own emotions and now I hold space for other women’s big waves of emotions, support them into safety within them and so much more but what a full circle moment.

The Sacred Somatic Facelift Massage 💛 is a treatment i’ve woven together with different techniques from various teachers & mentors - and of-course my own special flavor ✨
It is a service that is about reverence. Reverence for the body, the feminine, the sacred.
When I started my Journey as a coach 3.5 years ago, I never imagined blending my worlds together.
And such is life & God, we think we have plans & ideas and then in the space in between the divine comes in - and there is something deeply beautiful and meaningful when we let go of control and just say Yes ✨
This experience is about honoring the body and its wisdom, it’s about allowing her to find rest, and opening the door to its own language.
So while I work the lymph, the sculpting, the muscle softening - i do it in a way that is honoring to the body. I do it in a way that is attuned, a way that is intuitive, deeply loving and with a lot of intention.

Our body recognized, feels and senses beyond what the intellectual can understand, that is why there can be a sensation of tenderness or tears that comes alive when you’re being nourished, in a way your body has been yearning for.
My work in the treatment room involves nourishment through intentional touch, listening beyond what we can phsyically see, energy work (when appropriate/consent), this is all done through somatic attunment.
My work in my coaching spaces is supporting women in knowing how to nourish themselves not through your average and external “self care” but through a real connection & relationship to your body / nervous system.
Through deeply not just understanding but having a real felt experience and relationship to your female NS 💓

Hello beautiful humans ♥️ I have updated & reduced my service menu in order to better service and support my clients while also taking deep care of myself which directly reflects the work that I do.
I have found a deep beauty and love in my unique style and flavor of facial and services, and with that I want to focus on what I love and nourishes my soul.

My Hours are M, Thur, Fridays and 2 Saturdays a month from 1pm-6pm

My Work has drastically shifted in the last few months and I am deeply in love with it.
There’s a beauty to it, a sacredness that has expanded and evolved, just as I have expanded and evolved.
There’s only thing that is ever certain is change, that we must all change and grow and move beyond what we once knew, believed or thought.
And as I have dived deeper into my coaching and somatic training, as i’ve dived deeper into my own wisdom and intuition, as i’ve connected deeper to my own body and soul - a lot has transformed about the kind of work that expands my heart, that’s fills me with energy and an awe for life and the feminine.
So here I am allowing that art to overflow into my work in the treatment room, a thing i never planned to do yet God somehow has woven it in and it has become something beautiful.

Her breath deepens, her shoulders soften, her chest opens.
The tenderness arises, the tears appear.
The sensation of sweet meeting — of coming home to yourself.
Almost as if for the very first time.
The very first time you actually take the time to feel your body, to sense your body, to speak to your body, to learn the language of your body.
Women leave softer. In awe. Like something they’d been carrying for years finally got to put itself down.
