Over the last decade, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering my craft, and stepping into this new season at Indigo Beauty Bar has reignited something special in me. These 10 stitch braids with traditional African-inspired circular detailing are the perfect example of how growth, experience, and inspiration come together.

The older I get, the more I realize that hairstyling is art. Every client who sits in my chair gives me another opportunity to create something beautiful, unique, and intentional.

I used 4 packs of the 18” Burmese Curly BoHo hair from for this install and I’m honestly obsessed with how lightweight and silky the texture feels. Instead of crocheting the curls in, I fed the hair directly into her miracle braid foundation so the install would be easier to take down and reusable later on.

The curl pattern is beautiful straight out the pack and this is WITHOUT adding any products yet. It gives effortless, soft glam energy while still being versatile and easy to maintain.

This is definitely one of my favorite BoHo installs so far.

The blend of honey blonde and brown is just chef’s kiss… warm, dimensional, and perfect for that effortless “I didn’t try too hard but still ate” look.
