Today .and.company got invited to an exclusive .murphy class through ! We had an awesome day learning the newest trends in styling, coloring & formulating with KM code, & a cutting class showcasing a new take on the fan favorite, a textured bob!
The day was filled with networking with other salons, gaining valuable insight on the newest hair trends, & lots of “ah ha” moments. Education is so important in this industry & to be a part of a team that prioritizes growth is so awesome! Love my crew at Rayfield & thank you to for giving us this opportunity to learn & grow.

Going lightener is a process but well worth the wait!
This is a perfect example of what to expect during the transition & using salon grade products to repair & protect your hair during the process! This client came in wanting to ditch the dark haircolor & transition to a more ashy blonde to blend with her gray to make life a little easier & embrace her beautiful silver!

We still have another session to go & will eventually add in an ashy lowlight to give her a more salt & pepper look. I’m loving the results so far!
