Foot Bath
A foot bath can warm up your feet and rid your body of the chills. The water should be warm, but not hot. Test the water with your hand or an area of the body that hasn't been affected by the cold, and if it feels unpleasantly warm, lower the temperature before soaking cold feet. To warm your feet comfortably, use water at a temperature of 104 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit
Make Hands Look Younger
Peel and boil a potato. Mash the potato and add a little bit of honey and milk. Mix the ingredients very well and rub the hands with this mixture. Leave it on for about twenty minutes and rinse off with warm water. Apply a moisturizer.
