Hi, I’m Kailey—the owner of Length & Light Hair Studio🤍

I’ve been behind the chair since 2018, but my journey hasn’t been a straight line. Like so many people, life shifted during COVID, and I stepped away from doing hair while raising my girls. Coming back to this industry reminded me just how much I truly love helping women feel confident in themselves.

Today, I specialize in bright blondes, lived in/dimensional color and extensions designed to grow out beautifully. My goal is never just to create gorgeous hair for the day you leave the salon, it’s to give you a color that fits your lifestyle, feels effortless, and still looks beautiful weeks later.

More than anything, I want my chair to feel like a place where you can relax. No judgment. No pressure. Just a calm, welcoming space where you can unwind, enjoy a little self-care, and leave feeling like the very best version of yourself.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me spending time with my daughters, trying a new coffee shop, soaking up time outdoors, or planning my next adventure. I believe life is all about finding joy in the little things, and I try to bring that same energy into every appointment.

Your extension appointment doesn’t end after installation. To keep your extensions looking beautiful and your natural hair healthy, I recommend a full reinstall every 7 weeks.

After using dark box dye, getting back to blonde isn’t always easy! We achieved a bright, dimensional blonde while keeping the integrity of her hair intact. No damage, no breakage, just healthy, gorgeous results.

A little disclaimer: every head of hair is different. Previous color history, hair condition, and underlying pigments all play a role in the blonding journey. While she was able to achieve this in one appointment, not everyone will lift this cleanly in a single session—and that’s okay. Healthy hair will always be the priority. ✨
