It’s been a few weeks now but we are happy to announce two new additions to the SOS family! Jen Colebaugh and Crystal Wise have joined the team and we couldn’t be happier! They both have over 25 years of experience and a very loyal following. 😊

Parking lot is plowed, we are open for biz!

We constantly get calls from new clients and when I ask how they were referred to us, many of them lately are telling us that they read our reviews online. So a huge thank you to all of you who have put up rave reviews. This is what keeps us going! And if you haven’t done one, could you? Thanks again! We love our clients!

A few rules for our new normal:
*a mask is required. If you don’t have the kind with ear loops or don’t want yours to get color/perm etc on it, we have some available. If you can’t wear a mask for medical reason then we kindly ask that you schedule a time with your stylist that we have fewer clients in the building.
*only clients with an appointment can come into the salon. The only exception is for caregivers. This helps us keep everyone at a safe distance and also keeps us operating at the capacity that we are allowed.
*please remain in your car until we call you in. Our doors are locked.
*please limit what you bring in to the salon to just your payment, car keys and phone. No coats, laptops, purses please.
*we are charging a one time $5 Covid-19 sanitation fee at your first visit.
*we are trying to limit blow drying to just the services where it is necessary for proper processing. This is temporary so please just understand that we are trying to cram a few hundred clients into our schedules and this will not only allow us to do more clients per day but also gives us ample time to sanitize our chairs, stations, sinks, counters and implements to get ready for the next client while also not blowing everything all around the salon.
*if you have been exposed to Covid-19 or even think you might have been, please tell your stylist and reschedule your appointment. If you have a fever, please tell your stylist and reschedule your appointment.
*our phones are not being answered during business hours. We are still trying to schedule all of our canceled appointments from the past 12 weeks. You can still leave a message as we are checking the messages throughout the day as we have time. We have a very long list of people to call so please just be patient, we are doing our best.
*if you have any questions, please just ask.

Update: we are nearing the end of our call lists so if you haven’t heard from us yet, please reach out. We are also starting to take new clients so if you know someone who needs their hair done, send them our way!

We know everyone is ready to come in and see their stylist! We will be reaching out to everyone who has missed an appointment over the last 12 weeks. If you missed an appointment with in the last 12 weeks, we have your name on a list. Please do not call the salon and leave a message. We will call you!

We will be posting this week about our new salon rules and procedures. Please be patient and understanding with us. This is new to everyone. We look forward to seeing all of you!

Salon clients, just a reminder that we are not allowed to open our doors until the governor says so. They have threatened to take our personal licenses as well as my business license if we go against this order. We will be calling ALL of the clients that we have cancelled, as soon as we have a reopen date. Here’s hoping that day comes SOON!!
