When I work with touch, I find that it benefits the client more. Every massage is different , no massage is alike. Even as the Massage Therapist, it has its benefits for me too.

This is breaking down what we tell ourselves what we need, and going deep into allowing your body to tell me what it needs. As sometimes we are unaware of trauma, stagnation that is held in our bodies.

This is me closing my eyes and allowing myself to be guided by where I feel your energy is .

This is the work I've wanted to focus on for a long while now and now is the time.

As I think about what kind of massage therapist I want to be and nurture, I realize that my heart's goal is about releasing the emotions that get stored in the body. While I understand the human body in terms of Western Medicine... and my curiosity and interest are peaked in Eastern Medicince, I find myself somewhere in the middle. But as someone who's also seeking emotional release from my own day to day life... and yes, even past traumas. I seek to do the same for others.

I want to spend time really focusing and mindfully shifting into what my ultimate goal is, as a massage therapist. We all have our gifts. Massage is subjective. We often try and mold ourselves to be all things to all people (clients/peers/teachers) but each one of us, the one's who have a deep calling to facilitate massage, have our own unique touch and energy that we must give. Otherwise our abilities become unnatural and mediocre.
