Sierra is a Southern Oregon University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a certified personal trainer, and a former collegiate athlete of five years. With over two years of coaching experience at F45 and a background creating training programs for college athletes, she brings both knowledge and passion to every session.
Sierra believes fitness is about more than just exercise — it’s about building confidence, improving lifelong health, and becoming the strongest version of yourself. She loves helping clients feel supported, empowered, and excited about their progress no matter where they’re starting from.
