Too sensitive when being waxed in the past; I would always break out or get incredibly irritated. I began to look for an alternative and quickly stumbled across sugaring. Which has actually been around since Ancient Egyptian times. I hadn’t ever gotten into waxing so it wasn’t hard for me to pick sugaring- I didn’t have any habits to break. As far as our no-no’s for acneic skin.. everyone is different. Every person has their own triggers that very well likely are not the same as yours. These are some of the more common triggers and slap-on-the-handers such as washing your face in the shower and going to bed using a dirty pillow case. When you have acneic skin there are things we need to be a little more mindful of, and that’s ok! If you’re struggling with finding out what your triggers are please reach out!! I’m here for you 🫶🏽🤎

Sigh… I’ll never get sick of dermaplaning. Ever. You get that good, deep manual exfoliation and all your peach fuzz is gone at the same time. Now, I’m not above using a ti**le razor at home in a quick fix to remove the stache, but I won’t be recommending it to my clients any time soon as an at-home dermaplaning alternative. They aren’t super sharp to begin with which means you are going over the same area multiple times, they go dull quickly, and most hazardously they create micro-tears, irritation and read bacteria. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND using a ti**le razor if you have acne. Come see me- you won’t be disappointed!

Bottom lashes may not absorb as much tint but tinting them still makes a difference!! Try it out on your next lash tint 🫶🏽 they won’t be disappointed!

First time lash lift after years of extensions!! If you’re feeling a little “bald baby” after having your extensions removed, there is hope!
