At the heart of VCS Salon and Spa is the dedication for continued education. We’re passionate about not just providing genuine service, but the newest trends and exceptional guest experiences.

This month, the Redken Symposium took place in Las Vegas, launching their first ever Business Forum! So we sent salon manager, Ashleigh, and guest services expert, Dakota, to the city that never sleeps, to continue that mission of learning, growing, and elevating.

The knowledge that they brought back will be shared with our team over the coming weeks, and will be used to learn and grow together! It was a wonderful trip, packed with education from some of the biggest names in the industry.

We’re so proud of our VCS team, and are grateful to be able to provide continued education experiences such as this.
