FasKatz is starting up again and we will meet Monday 530 for about an hour or so at the Football Field House.

We do some throwing/catching but mainly just Speed/Agility/Explosion etc.

Any kid any age is welcome to come as long as they can participate

Adults can stay and use the weight room if they want to

I do this on my free time and there is no set schedule I will try an give as much advance notice as possible

Haven't forgot about my FasKatz kiddos we will start back at the high school football field house once our weight room remodel is complete and there is more room in the turf room possibly next week
