Feeling ever so grateful 🙏🏽 this morning. I have been meditating 🧘‍♀️ for a couple years now but recently trying for daily meditation. Did you know even taking 5 or 10 minutes a day to be still, quiet, at peace can heal and relax your body. It not only helps to remove stress and tension in your muscles but will begin to help you feel whole, feel complete, feel at one with yourself, The Universe and God.

Today makes almost 2.5 months since I have been seeing clients and doing massage. My how time flies. Felt great this morning getting up and back to somewhat “normal”. Missing all my clients. For the month of July I will only be doing relaxation massages while my hand is getting stronger.
