Hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving! Just a reminder that I will be taking my usual time off around the holidays to spend time with family. All schedules should be up to date on square so feel free to get your cuts booked in. If things fill up, I will try my best to open up some additional time/days, so keep your eyes peeled here for that, and please utilize the waitlist. As always thank you for keeping me so busy.

For those of you that I maybe haven’t spoken to yet, a few weeks ago I underwent an emergency orchietomy to remove a concerning growth that was recently discovered. The surgery went smoothly, recovery has been steady, and this past Friday, I received good news that the growth was NOT cancerous. I want to say a sincere thank you to all of you for the well wishes and concern over the last few weeks. Your check ins, patience, and understanding as I take care of my health has meant more to me than you could ever know. I’m back up and running as close to 100% as I can be again, and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Slight change to the cancellation policy that I will begin enforcing in 2025. As things get busier, this will hopefully let me avoid unnecessary openings, as well as help those on the waitlist to have a better chance to fill any cancellations.

As always, in case of legitimate emergency, reach out and I’ll see what we can do. Just looking to be as fair to everyone as possible.

New pricing goes into effect for 2025. I’m trying out a few new service options as well to hopefully better serve certain needs. As always thank you all for keeping my little corner of Viera busy and thriving. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

While we’re on the subject of booking ahead, now is probably a good time to mention on here that I will be out of the shop next. Thank you for keeping me busy and affording me the opportunity to spend quality time away with the family from time to time. I’ll see everyone when I get back!

First of all I want to say thank you. This business, with your support, has exceeded my wildest expectations. The past couple of months have been pretty crazy, and as I pass the six month mark of being open, I figured now was as good a time as any to mention a few things:

BOOK EARLY
July and August saw a lot of growth, which is awesome. But along with those new faces, came increasingly tighter books with appointments filling up days or, at times, a week in advance. It’s just me here, so things can get busy in a hurry. If you need a specific time or day, I highly encourage you to start looking to book about a week or so beforehand. You can book an appointment up to 90 days in advance. If something comes up, you can always cancel or reschedule online.

Additionally: be sure to double check your appointment date and time. You’ll receive an email and text confirmation as well as reminders the day before and in the hours leading up to your appointment time.

PLEASE BE ON TIME
As things get busier, it is increasingly important that you are on time for your appointment. Heck, you can even be early. I try my best to stay on schedule, but when someone is even 5-10 minutes late, it can make that very difficult. While I will always try to be accommodating, keep in mind that I may have to start turning away those who are excessively late.

There is always traffic in Viera, and parking at the Avenue is always less than ideal, so give yourself extra time to get here. I’ve typically got drinks available in the fridge, or you can make a cup of coffee to pass the time if you’re early.
