The service menu has changed slightly! After thinking long and hard about the direction of my studio I’ve decided to stop offering certain services. I’m currently no longer taking new makeup clients.

If you are an existing client needing a makeup appointment please reach out to me, you will no longer be able to book on my website for glam services.

Wax services have undergone a change as well, please check your emails and via the website to stay informed of these changes.

Retail has grown! I will now be carrying aftercare for my waxing clients. Brow clients who book lamination services will receive aftercare kits.

The first step: Booking The customized Facial for New Clients. There we can discuss your personalized goals and a realistic time frame of reaching them.

The second step: Is being committed to a solid treatment plan — This includes seeing your esthetician at least once a month according to the intensity of your treatment plan.

And Lastly: Following a solid 80/20 rule. Meaning 80% of your results will be due to proper usage of clinical grade skincare and lifestyle changes. While that 20% is the customized professional treatments you’ll be receiving monthly.

New policies that are being implemented with The New Year

1. No Call No Shows are permanently banished from booking. There are two reminders sent to clients to ensure they are aware of their up and coming appointment along with a detailed description of my location. With that being said NCNS clients will not be allowed to book in the future.

2. The grace period differs for each service. However, some services are shorter than others and may result
In the appointment being rescheduled as they do not have flexibility with tardiness. I will do my best to accommodate you for another time within reason but other clients will not be inconvenience to do so.

3. Deposits will remain transferable for 30 days or extended further out at my discretion. I work with my clients as best I can and I understand that things happen. All I ask is for you to communicate and work with me and I will do the same.

4. Appointments will no longer be made through direct messages. Please utilize the booking site or contact me via text or a phone call to inquire.

To current and future clients: Using certain over the counter and prescribed topicals can result in you not being an candidate for certain services. For your safety and comfort please answer all the questions thoroughly and truthfully.
