Tailored massage therapy focused on releasing holding patterns and easing stress. I received my initial massage certification in 2001.

In practice since 2001, serving locals and visitors of the Mendocino Coast in both the private office setting, and in spas/inns, homes, vacation rentals and retreats. After primarily doing outcall massage I acquired an office in Fort Bragg with another therapist. In 2010 after my daughter was born I moved my office from Fort Bragg to my home near Caspar. It has been wonderful to work from home. My

I have seen ground squirrels on the headlands forever, but this appears to be a ground weasel??? Is this so, anybody know? Mendo headlands.

Humbly and with gratitude sharing more positive reviews from guests at Heritage house soa, one of the three spas/inns that I work at when I’m not at my home office. ✨🫶🏻✨

A benefit of working at Heritage House Spa is the review system they have through our booking program, and sometimes I think to grab a shot of the latest reviews. ☺️
It’s wonderful to be able to allow people a place and time to really break the patterning of the day to day stressors.

Spirit guide teams have had more and more to say to people and are moving more into messages speaking collectively of the energies, as well as personally. It’s an evolving process as the messages grow and change, I’ve build a shelf to accommodate all that comes out, I identify which guides are coming through with which messages, and am deepening my understanding of the decks specific guides like to use.

Not yet complete, so final picture to come when I get it installed , but my long visualized pallet succulent fence sign finally came to life today. I’ve been thinking about it for some years now. I luckily found this pristine pallet as my base. 🪷 🙌🏼

Hey girlllll. Let’s about breast health. Because breast health IS lymphatic health, and there’s so much we can do to support drainage here.

The trending topic of puffy pits is upon us, and it is rooted in fear. I don’t lymph love that.

We simple can’t gauge our lymphatic health by this measurement alone. A “puffy pit” vs. a defined armpit is not an indication of a healthy/unhealthy lymph system.

Can they get congested? SURE! Just like *any* other area of the human body.

Limited range of motion in the shoulder girdle, wearing the wrong kind of bra + for too long, and a little inflammation or stress is the perfect recipe for the most commonly experienced puffy pit.

Are there other reasons they can puff? SURE! Hormones, the inability to sweat, congestion further upstream in the collarbones, our breathing patterns, and probably hundreds of other variables that differ from person to person. Let’s look at what we can DO about it instead of just talking and worrying about it.

Bras: Limit use (if you’re able) to let lymph flow through them, and opt for soft/thin cups with no hardwire. You can find more info on this under the “BRA WATCH” story highlight.

Move your shoulders daily and in every way possible to use muscle activation to move lymph out of the breast and axillary lymph nodes. “Paint the Globe” is something I do daily and you can find a tutorial under the “TRUNK” story highlight.

Look at everything that touches your body’s largest organ. I ditched antiperspirants over a decade ago and became conscious of what I was lubing up my major axillary clusters with. I currently use a salt stick.

Sweat. We have special sweat glands in our armpits and groin that help the body offload unwanted substances. Bisphenol-A or BPA (a known endocrine disrupters) loves to exit the body via our sweat! Encourage it to GO anyway that you can.

By design, breasts move when we do. Move them however you can. Swirl them, twirl them, massage them, jump up and down, dance.

You got this. Learn as you go, try different things, learn about your body, and trust your body.

Puffy pits are not death sentence and the fearmongering needs to 🪦☠️

Xoxo,
Leah

PSA : The word “Massage” is pronounced with a soft and gentle “g” like in the word “rouge”, not with a hard “g” sounding like “massadge”. I’d say maybe less than 20% of people say it this way but it’s enough that I thought I would clarify. I will never correct individually, so hopefully everyone sees this lol.
