Before COVID-19, we had always followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies. As we open, we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers and adhere to (and exceed) both Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and state regulations.

The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and wellbeing of you and our staff during your visit:

- Our staff wash their hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client and a new set of gloves is used for every client and at times must be changed during the service
- We have been and will continue to wear masks during services
- Our salon uses disposable drape on the bed and an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit

The following safety precautions are what we ask of you when you come in for your service and it’s also required by King county and Washington state:
- Client must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the service provider location
- Clients should not plan on bringing other guests with them, unless they are bringing children younger than 16 for an appointment
- Clients should put on a facemask prior to entering the salon and they should be prepared to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds prior to starting their service
- Payments for service should be through credit or debit cards or a touchless system to reduce the handling of cash
- Please bring your own blanket if you prefer, we won’t be able to provide the blanket for you any longer at this time

Lastly, we ask that you please stay home if you’re feeling sick and the same goes for our staff. We will be happy to work with you to schedule another appointment as soon as you are feeling better. We are working hard to keep you and the salon community safe and we know we can count on you too. Together we will make it through this trying time.
