Full time, large private suite to yourself in a building full of beauty professionals. We are a collaboration of professionals in the beauty industry. You get 24 hour access to the building, private room, retail area, kitchen, WiFi, utilities included, and access to other professionals. We do refer to each other but you can’t rely on that. Prefer that you have a clientele. Currently we have a nurse injector, esthetician, massage therapist, nail tech (luminary), teeth whitening and body contour specialist, paramedical/cosmetic tattoo artist, traditional tattoo artist, and hair stylist. We are not opposed to having two of the same, since we all run our own schedules/marketing. We are a very low maintenance, no drama group of ladies that get a long nicely. We offer 3, 6 or 12 month leases and do require a deposit of one months rent. Message me and we can set a time for you to come look!

Our small room is available for the first time in a while! This is the PERFECT space for someone starting out/building/rebuilding their business. The most recent occupant was a teeth whiten tech, but would be great for almost anyone (probably too small for massage). Very affordable and you get the same benefits of one of our big rooms. WIFI, 24 hours access, kickbutt neighbors, possible referrals, great location across from The Village, business tips and marketing, shared on socials. That dang glare on the photo 🤦🏻‍♀️ but they still look 🔥. We were working on correcting some major asymmetry that another artist tattooed on her. I think we accomplished that goal!
