Not every syringe needs to go in the lips~
This gorgeous client came in wanting a full syringe of lip filler, but after assessing her facial proportions, I recommended a different approach. Instead of placing the entire syringe in her lips, we divided the treatment and also enhanced her chin to create better facial harmony.
She trusted my recommendation, and I’m so glad she did. The results speak for themselves.
She already had beautiful lips with great potential, but she had developed small lumps from a previous hyaluron pen treatment many years ago. Rather than simply adding volume, our goal was to smooth and refine what was already there. We focused on improving the lip shape, enhancing definition, balancing the ratio between the upper and lower lip, and subtly lifting the corners of her mouth for a softer, more youthful appearance.
We then used the remaining product to enhance her chin, creating better projection and balance throughout the lower face. It’s a subtle change that makes a remarkable difference.
One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that more filler automatically means better results. The best treatments aren’t about using the most product—they’re about placing the right amount in the right areas. Sometimes the most beautiful transformations come from treating the face as a whole rather than focusing on a single feature.

Let’s talk about lip filler for a moment. 💋
One of the biggest misconceptions about lip filler is that it’s simply about adding volume. In reality, creating beautiful lips involves so much more than that. Shape, proportion, symmetry, hydration, and facial harmony all play an important role. Every person’s anatomy is unique, which means every treatment should be approached with that same individuality in mind.
Lips don’t exist on their own—they’re part of the overall balance of your face. That’s why I look beyond the lips themselves. The relationship between the upper and lower lip, your smile, your profile, and your natural facial features all influence what will look the most harmonious.
There isn’t one “perfect” lip shape, and there shouldn’t be. The goal isn’t to recreate someone else’s lips—it’s to create results that complement your features while preserving what makes you unique.
Aesthetic medicine is both a science and an art. Understanding anatomy is essential, but so is having an eye for balance, proportion, and detail. Beautiful results come from respecting both.

Facial balancing is one of my favorite treatments because there’s no “one size fits all.”
It’s not about adding more — it’s about understanding your features, the way everything flows together, and creating balance in a way that still feels effortless and natural to you.
The goal is never a different face. Just a softer, refreshed, more harmonious version of what’s already there. ✨
