The goal was brighter with a slight root for a blended grow out✨

Maintaining her bright blonde from here will require a tone and root appointment anywhere from 4- 5 weeks and then a partial highlight 5 weeks after that. Staying on top of your blonde can feel like a lot of maintenance but really when you break up your highlight appointments with a root and tone in between it’s better for your hair and looks like you just got a full head highlight when really you just brightened your blonde. It’s really not necessary to highlight your hair every single appointment if you are maintaining that 5 week appointment in between your highlights🫶🏼

The goal should never be to install the most hair, it should be installing the right amount of hair for you.

Extensions should feel comfortable, look invisible, and grow out beautifully between appointments.

PSA: Purple shampoo is not the holy grail for blondes 👀💜

I know it’s tempting to grab the purple shampoo the second your blonde starts feeling “brassy,” but here’s the truth: while it can cancel warmth, it can also dull your blonde and make it look darker, muddy, and less bright over time.

If your blonde is feeling off, the BEST thing you can do is book a toner refresh!
A fresh tone brings your blonde back to life while keeping it shiny, bright, and healthy-looking instead of flat and smoky.

Purple shampoo has its place, but overusing it or using it too soon is one of the biggest reasons blondes lose that expensive, bright look. It also strips your toner! So the reason it looks so muddy is because you are stripping your time out & replacing it with straight purple.

purple shampoo isn’t something I recommend to any of my blonde clients. Trust me, a toner works miracles & will brighten your blonde 😌
