We had a little hair TRAUMA coming into her hair appointment today. She had an awful experience with her hair previously and had been scared to go into any salon again. Thank you SO much for trusting me!
It’s hard to tell in the before but she had a dingy copper hanging on to her very fragile ends.
Working over previously damaged hair can be tricky but slow and steady wins the race. 🥇

Oh the journey we have been on! Platinum is so much fun but working through previous color, lightening and damage makes the process long!
I’m so glad was patient during the correction process so we could get her to her DREAM hair!
