Today i was asked from a founder, where my vision came from and what it was for my company? It was such a great question!

I’ll answer here: There’s a version of me that most people knew for a long time, the one who showed up early, stayed late, and poured everything she had into a corporate career that looked impressive from the outside. For over 20 years, I worked in Human Resources, education and law, helping organizations take care of their people while quietly running myself into the ground. The honest truth is that I was doing all of it at a cost I didn’t know I was paying until the bill came due. Burnout doesn’t announce itself, it just arrives one day and refuses to leave.

That season of exhaustion turned out to be one of the greatest gifts of my life. As a wife, mom, grandmother, and someone who believes deeply that redemption is woven into the hardest chapters of our stories. When I finally stopped moving long enough to listen, I found myself drawn toward something completely different: a path centered on genuine wellness, flexibility, and the kind of purpose that doesn’t clock out at the end of the day. I made a deliberate pivot, and I haven’t looked back.

Today, I run Rebecca’s Wellness Company LLC, where I partner with a wellness shopping club to help families bring safer, more intentional products into their homes, nutrition, personal care, home cleaning, and cosmetics, all built as healthier alternatives to what lines the shelves of most grocery stores. The business model is simple and honest. I get to build a team of fellow Marketing Executives who are looking for the same thing I was; a way out of the grind and a way forward into something meaningful.
