Eating healthy and feeding my kids is never easy, but we make the most of it. 90% of time my kids are served what we eat, but on fish nights they get to pick their own vegetable, but still have to eat the fresh veggies too, and get chicken nuggets since fish is a non starter. What's not shown is I couldn't cut up the root vegetables for Peyton fast enough, the girl demolished some beets, potatoes and onions.

I really like some of the quick mentions like "Everyday list three things that were good or that you are thankful for" this will become a dinner conversation with my kiddos :)

My three things for today are:
1 - My amazing husband who supports me and gets up with me at the ass crack of dawn to workout :)
2 - My kids who can take from from pi**ed to on the floor laughing in 2 seconds
3 - Coffee...my 8 month old doesn't sleep as much as I would like her too LOL

So this week the hubby and I started a new workout program and today was day 3. It is kicking my butt. It's amazing how much it's effecting my running. First picture is from last week running after lifting where my pace averages around 9:30/mile. Today my average was over 12 min/mile! I'm not frustrated, this actually excites me because it allows to put "miles" on my body without over training by just running. Running my short 2 miles today totally felt like mile 12 in a half marathon! Loving this. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

We have a new challenge group starting up soon if anyone is interested in joining us. You can do whatever you want in the group run, just focus on nutrition, your choice. This girl has given me some rough nights recently making me take a much needed I need sleep rest day yesterday. But today she woke up and crawled around me while I did my 4 minute plank for a challenge after cheering me on for Bulk Arms. 2 mile run completed as well and I'm starting to find my pre-pregnancy speed a little woot woot!!

Today I took pictures because I kept thinking I wasn't making any progress. I haven't made progress the way I wanted, but I'm to blame...but I have made some. I get on great two week stretches and then I either get a sinus infection or baby girl has a rough week and I'm getting 3-4 hours of sleep. My diet can always use improvement. Again I always get in two strong weeks and then I go downhill for no good reason. The hubby has been doing the ultimate reset which has helped me (except for the first week when I had a candy bar issue). But I need to get my s**t together for the D***y.

Bright side I fit into a second pair of jeans today woot woot!!! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
