20 years to show up, 6 days to fade it out!!! Sun damage is accumulated damage!
Look at this happy girl! sun bathing in Mexico without a care in the world!! This is what she left me! Old lady spots! 😫. What a selfish turd! 😂
What can you do now about it? Skin classic treatment can be used to fade the spots. And also chem peels. Sun protection (spf, hats…) to keep things from getting worse.
What you see here is 6 days after a skin classic treatment. If interested, go ahead and schedule a consultation. Before we treat these o ask that have gotten a clean derm appt from last 12 months.

Life happens, but we still get results. Life can get messy and sometimes we do with do the best we can with what we have and here’s a perfect example of that. The protocol wasn’t perfect. The time between appointments wasn’t great. But we still got results because the masterful engineering of our bodies and what microneedling can do..

She was personable and I felt comfortable with her the minute I walked in. Her products smelled good and were gentle on my skin. She took the time to look up ingredients that I was allergic to and if it was vegan or not. Also gave great prevention routine recommendations. Definitely recommend her ❤️

Herbal eye compresses for relaxation. 🌿
equal parts, lavender and chamomile and rose. Next time I’ll skip the rose because dried rose petals don’t actually smell like fresh roses. I prefer the smell of chamomile and lavender instead. It kind of smell like dead roses. 🤷🏻♀️
But anyway, equal parts herbs, crushed, and placed in teabags, then soaked in warm water for five minutes and next they are applied to closed eyes and a warm towel on top . Leave until cool or 10 minutes. If you have dry eye, this may loosen up some hydration and cause blurry vision. Before you open your eyes, go ahead and move your eyes left, right, up and down to minimize the blur.

I recently visited The Skin Hygienist for my first-ever facial and back facial, and it was exactly what I needed. Misty is incredibly professional and you can tell she truly cares about her clients' well-being. It was so nice to finally take some time for myself! The Swedish-style massage she included for the face, back, and arms was a total highlight—I left feeling completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back!
