On this day, 9/11 , every year, I am thankful that my best friend, my hero, my big brother, Louis Bloukos, survived, and miraculously, walked out of that burning tower, so many did not.
Not too say he wasn’t scarred, but he was spared and returned to his family that day. I have always been so very grateful for that. A New Yorker born and bred, he never left, and eventually moved to Brooklyn, he loved New York City.🤍

Sadly, I lost him on October 15,2022. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of him. His kind heart , his laugh, his wit and his support through some of my toughest times and my cheerleader on some of my brightest days.
This day was always a tough one and we'd spend a lot of time on the phone, needless to say, today has been too quiet.
Now, my guardian angel, til we are reunited.

Jimmy said it best!!As we are all so very saddened by the news of another musical icon, Jimmy Buffett passing this weekend, I’d like to point out some useful info about skin disease.
If you don’t already know his cause of death was from Merkel Cell Carcinoma(yup, a form of skin cancer)
If you’ve gotten this far…please take a look and see if you recognize any of skin disorders above, on yourself or a loved one.
They can be anywhere on your body but most often, and especially on sun exposed areas. If you see something, please don’t hesitate to go in and see your dermatologist and get it checked ASAP!!!

Often times most irregularities of the skin can be treated before they become issues and problems. while reading this post, please take a look and see if you recognize any of the spots on this post on yourself if you’re aware of anywhere on your body, especially in sun exposed areas where there might be some discoloration a new mark of flaking of skin. please don’t hesitate to go in and see your dermatologist and get it checked ASAP!!!
