HAPPY “HAIRSTYLIST APPRECIATION DAY” I have been blessed to be a hairstylist the last 40 years in June. I have also been blessed to work with some amazing stylists over the years and all of my salon family at Speakeasy Salon Suites. . My clients are a true blessing to me. It’s a hard business on my body but if you can make a client smile or brighten their day it’s sooo worth it. I LOVE AND APPRECIATE ALL MY CLIENTS AND FRIENDS.

Today, my client Diane came in for me to do an updo for her daughter's wedding. Back in 2018, I did a French Twist on her, and she wanted me to do another French Twist. It's been 8 years since my last French Twist. Out of practice, but happy with the results. She looked beautiful in her dress.

My sweet client Colleen wanted a new look to her style today. Shorter on top and having the hair cut over the ears. I think it made her look younger and sassy. She loved it. Colored her roots and added highlights to the top and crown.

I LOVE BEING A HAIRSTYLIST. It will be 40 years in June. 💇🏻‍♀️❤️

Today marks the day “Lorenz Split Endz Salon” started. I took over “The Mane Corner” and changed the name April 7th 2008. I managed and owned the salon until August 2, 2015( 7 years)until Banner Baywood Hospital bought our complex and wouldn’t renew my lease. We then moved to Val Vista and Southern -
August 5 2015 until September 30, 2021
(6 years). I couldn’t afford the rent and lost some employees. THANK YOU to all the employees/friends who worked in my salons. ❤️Laura found our new home at Speakeasy Salon Suites. It was the first time in 13 years I didn’t have to run a salon just supply a place where Laura, Jennifer and I could work individually. 5 years in October.
*1-Lorenz Split Endz turned 18 years today. 🎉
*2-I was owner/manager of two salons for 13 years. 🎉
*3-I have been a hairstylist for 40 years in June 💇🏻‍♀️

I changed over the St Patrick’s Day decorations over to Easter at Speakeasy Salon Suites 2.0 this morning. Definitely doesn’t take as long as all my decoration bins are kept there. 🥰
