My technique caters to my clients needs; whether it is to relax and calm the sympathetic nervous system or to focus on an injury, I listen to the body. I use a combination of shiatsu, swedish, myofascial, and sports, along with stretching. I grabbed the chicken stock from the fridge and poured it in my coffee…. It looked exactly like the almond milk! Need more sleep!!!! Actually since I took dairy out of my diet my face started clearing up but I will stick to almond milk not chicken broth!!!!!!

Juices for today! Carrot ginger apple, celery, and carrot ginger apple kale. If I make juice with carrots I always add ginger. Carrots are supposed to help with healthy eyes and I need all the help I can get there. I started adding a clove of garlic to some of my juices too for an extra immune boost.
