The words of others can easily affect our personal vibration. Ever notice how someone’s negative energy can drain you or make you feel uneasy? 😕

Words vibrate at different frequencies which can affect our physical and emotional states. The word love 💓vibrates at a much higher frequency than the word hate or a bad word. 💔

Did you know? Your glutes are one of the biggest, baddest, & most powerful muscles in your body. 💪🏼

And... you don’t need to move them very much to challenge them. In fact, you can get a great glute workout by moving your b***y ☝️just inches with slow controlled pulses. 💓💓💓💓💓

Standing leg lifts and micro pulses are one of my favorite ways to strengthen the glutes and core, which in turn protect the low back. 💪🏼

🔥 Chest Lift

🔥 Chest Lift add single Toe Taps

🔥Chest Lift add Double Toe Tap

Repeat 🔁 3 - 5 times for an added bonus

Pilates Tip 👉 Aim to stay in neutral spine alignment and keep the hips heavy on the mat. Resist from rocking your core and low back as you lift your legs. A deep exhale will help lift the legs 😉
