Just a few tips for the holiday season that will have a positive effect on your skin:
- Don’t sleep in your makeup, no matter how tired you are. Wash your face and let your skin breathe so it can regenerate at night.
- Drink lots of water and move! Staying hydrated and active help the body eliminate toxins and improve blood flow, which will also make your skin glow.
- Don’t go overboard with sugar and refined carbs. (I love desserts and fresh bread so this one is not easy for me, but I try my best…) Excess sugar has been proven to damage collagen over time, so moderation is key.
