🧠 Some days, it feels like my brain is stuck in slow motion.
I lose focus, forget things, and just don’t feel like myself. That’s what people call brain fog.

It’s frustrating, but it’s also a reminder: my body and mind need care. A walk, more water, real rest, or simply unplugging for a while. 🌿
