A reminder that saying “no” to others is a form of saying “yes” to that time with yourself. We’re in the middle of Q1. I pray that your vision for your year is restored & that you don’t lose the momentum you started off this year with. Even if you did, today is a great day to reclaim your time and pick back up. It’s okay to say no to those that don’t lighten your spirit.

Florida’s been cold lowkeyyyy so, if your makeup is looking dry and patchy remember these ⬇️⬇️⬇️

1. Stay hydrated from within: water is the solution to a lot of our problems😭 because it is 70% of our being. But something interesting I’ve learned is adding a bit of Himalayan sea salt can help enhance hydration on a cellular level which will improve how you look on the outside🥰.

2. Nourish with hydrating cream: Prior to makeup application, massage a rich hydrating cream onto your skin to create a smooth canvas and lock in moisture. A hydrating barrier overall helps create and maintain a radiant base against drying weather

3. Spritz on hydrating mist: Incorporate a refreshing hydrating mist into your skincare routine to give your skin an instant boost of moisture before and after applying makeup. When they contain soothing ingredients like aloe vera, it will help calm the irritation, redness and sensitivity that these below 60 temperatures can cause 😭
