What supplements do I take ?
I can assure you daily I will take creatine and my greens.
As a body builder it’s so easy to focus on our protein and carb intake and forget about green, although there is so many benefits of having vegetables and fruits in our diet…
This one I have currently added into my nutrition is green and digestive enzymes, it supports digestion and a healthy immune system
Mixed in daily with monohydrate creatine which;
Increases muscle strength, builds muscle, improves endurance, speeds muscle growth etc…

Realistic what I eat in a day at maintenance while still growing…
Sometimes if I am feeling a sweet treat after a meal my go to is the last slide which is tru fru🥰
Everyday is almost the same for me, I stick to my basics with different toppings or choices of protein but as long as I’m on track w/ my protein count. Total protein I consume per day 160g I currently weigh ~130-135
Fats I will stay under 45g
