We are so excited to announce our upcoming Meditation classes! ☯️

Join us Wednesday 11.09.22 at 6:30pm at Salon EMA.
Bring a friend! Free class for all first-time new members + $15/class after.

Meditation Class

Duration: 45 minutes

What to expect...

Guided meditation / Reiki infused
This meditation practice is focused on the 7 energy centers in our bodies known as chakras.
We work on awareness and attention around our chakras, raising our vibration, connecting to a new level of coherence. This is a space where balance, peace, harmony, healing, and manifestation takes place.
This is a practice that helps your body unwind and receive whatever is needed. The more you practice the easier it becomes to let go and drop in. We all deserve to feel freedom within our own bodies. Let’s raise our vibration together creating a sacred space where nothing exists except unconditional love.
You are heard, you are seen, you are loved!

What to bring...

Bring a friend :)
Bring a Yoga Matt | Dress comfy
Meditation will be done lying down. If you'd like to bring something to make you as cozy as can be, please do. (Pillow, blanket, eye mask etc...)
