Where are your feet right now?
Are they resting on the ceiling? Unlikely!
They’re probably on the floor, and that’s a good analogy of reality.
In reality, we walk on the floor, and though we may fantasize about flying to the ceiling, day after day, to our dismay, it’s the floor we find ourselves on.
And it’s the actions we take each day with our habits that get us to raise the floor until it reaches the ceiling, which then gives us an opportunity to expand into a new ceiling.
Slowly and surely— our floors become our ceilings and our ceilings become our floors.
It’s our relentless pursuit of progress that will do this.
So today— go pursuit and raise the floor a bit higher!

You know, with so much going on in this world and such a lack of leadership— we need more leaders.
The best part?
We are ALL leaders in some facet and capacity.
Leaders lead by action, not by positions.
You don’t need to be a high end official, a coach, a doctor, a business owner or anything to be a leader.
You just need to be you and understand what a leader is.
A leaders instill to the people in their life a hope for success and a belief in themselves.
Positive leaders empower people to accomplish their goals
Being a leader means do not listen to my words, but watch my actions.
Leading by example.
It means having uncomfortable conversations needed to grow and help others.
It means making decisions that are tough.
It means seeing a bigger picture than most can and sticking to your journey towards that.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.
All of can and will be leaders in our lives in a capacity.
We need it, those in our lives need it and this world needs it.

I love performing this Biomechcanial Musculoskeletal Assessment that consists of 55+ orthopedic measurements of the skeletal alignment, static and dynamic joint ranges of motion and muscular length tension relationship to identify any weaknesses in your body from mobility, flexibility and strength.
I take the findings from the assessment and calculate them to find the specific imbalances that need to be addressed in my clients body.
I then use the calculated data to put together a PERSONALIZED plan that will assist in correcting imbalances and improving movement patterns to perform the best someone can while working towards their goals and long term health in mind. 🎯📶

We often do what is familiar to us and what is comfortable.
But what is familiar and what is comfortable is not always what is best for us.
Because the familiar destructive habit can be more comfortable than the unfamiliar constructive habit.
Read that again.
Then again.
We are programmed from our experiences,
Which shape our memories,
Which shape our conditioning,
Which shape our habits,
And which thus shape our comfortability.
So familiarity— whether destructive or constructive becomes our norm.
And when destructive, hinders our ability to grow past it due to comfort levels of continuing our programming.
But the best part about this is we are the engineers and the programmers!
So it is up to us and only us to decide when it’s time to reboot and get a new system made for us to THRIVE and not just survive.
For us to GROW and EXCEL.
For us to be the happiest, healthiest and fulfilled individuals we can be!

For you to be here— where you are, has had so many things in your life cumulate you up to this point.
We start to understand the whys because things that had to happen the way it did to guide you to where you were meant to be.
When we’re in the moment, we may not understand why something happened, especially if it didn’t work out.
We may feel rejected, but truly we are being REDIRECTED.
Redirected towards our truest course, which means all that has happened for you to be there is needed.
The good, the great, the bad, the pain, the confusions, the anxiety and all else.
It is part of the process.
As transformation is the culmination of what caused the transformation, not the transformation itself.
And while we may not understand it until it takes us to full fruition— it is our FAITH and BELIEF that will guide us, that will fuel us towards an unknown with certainty that we are building towards the story of our life.
Walk forward into your path your destined to walk!

Why is it so important for you to go after the life you want?
Because if you do not GO AFTER the life you want then you will be forced to SETTLE FOR the life you get.
Which means settling for what others choose for you, not yourself.
Look around you and see.
You ALWAYS have this choice.
The choice to go after what it is you want, to relentlessly pursuit your goals and to progress forward.
Or.
The choice to settle for whatever it is you get, to live uninspired and unmotivated and to stay static.
Most are afraid to go after what it is they want in life— scared of “what if’s” and thinking of all the possibilities of failing, what will happen and how they will move on.
So— they are paralyzed before every even taking action.
And they settle their whole lives, only to ask “what if” at the end.
What IF I went after what I wanted in life and didn’t settle— how much more enjoyable, joyful and fulfilling would that have been?
The pain of regret for settling is far more painful than going after what you want and enduring hardship along the way!
The choice is yours.

The Best Tips I Can Give For Keeping A Workout Schedule When You Travel/On Vacation:
• Plan ahead and schedule them just like you schedule other things when your travelling
• Get it done early to avoid disrupting your day schedule
• Simplify your workouts (more than 30min but less than 60min)
• Walk a lot
• Remember— it’s not going to be perfect and some movement is better than no movement in terms of keeping a habit compounding for you!
One thing that has such a drastic impact on the trajectory of our direction is how often we compromise.
Compromise typically isn’t something huge, it’s usually something small and subtle.
The details.
I’m not saying not to compromise, it certainly has its place in our lives.
But when we justify our compromises to consistently let them happen, that is when it becomes dangerous.
Compromise is a slippery slope, taking you where you never wanted to be.
Because slowly you’re allowing yourself to get off track more, build bad habits and misalign yourself.
And sooner or later, you’ll notice you’re not where you want to be.
And it’s all because you consistently compromised on your goals, values, ethics and lifestyle.
Whereas faith, faith is a substance of a stable path taking you places you never knew you could go.
It is only up to you to stay faithful to your reasons, to your goals, to your character and to yourself.
Consistent faith is what delivers.
So look at where you are, right now.
Are you compromising more than you’d like?

I hope you remember that you can hold yourself accountable AND be kind to yourself at the same time.
A lot of this challenge stems from our past and growing up.
Some of us felt belittled by making honest mistakes as children, but we don’t need to keep opting into that form of abuse as adults.
We can find ourselves ways to hold ourselves accountable in constructive, efficient and empowering ways.
But also into ways to be true to reality with accountability, not just what’s comfortable.
We must trust ourselves to find forms of motivation that are rooted in self-love instead of self-depreciation.
This is a huge key to turning around the perspective needed.
You must trust yourself to be proud of your present day situation without losing motivation to built a better future!
This means giving yourself the kindness expected
from your dearest friend, in the form to truly empower yourself through the process needed to move forward.
Today, ask time to ask yourself the question…
Am I holding myself accountable in reality while keeping kindness to myself in mind?

Having a bad attitude with cloud your ability to see past negative and empty.
Thus missing the treasure of what can be by limiting yourself.
On the contrary, having a great attitude with open your ability to see the blessings, positive and abundance.
Thus giving you the vision of the opportunities that will empower and enhance your live as you take them.
