Honestly, this is the only thing I want for Christmas. I’m somebody who believes that mental health is just as important than physical health. And let me tell you friends, my mental health hasn’t been the best since Covid hit. Although, I try to be as transparent as possible on my social media, it’s hard to be myself 100%, when I don’t feel like myself. I woke up this morning, with more energy than usual, so I’m taking for advantage of this burst of the motivation. For anyone reading this, thank you for hearing me out. Also, I want anyone who reads this to remember that my page is a safe space, it’s not only for sharing my work, but also to share what real women go through and share our experiences. Literally how I’ll be spending my afternoon today, after a full day of clients - curled up with my favorite book and a hot cup of tea. ☕️

After stuffing our faces with yummy food last night, I think we all need a relaxed afternoon full of self-care. Go to your bathroom and apply a face/hair mask and prepare your favorite comfort beverage! Yule holidays are just around the corner, so enjoy this time with your loved ones and reflect on all our blessing this last year has brought us. 🤍

Currently, my time has been split between work, home and making Yule inspired boards. Don’t mind me as I dump a few on here to start bringing the holiday spirit to my page. 🕊

Modeling masks are a must after a facial treatment, they contain cooling properties that help bring down irritation post-extractions. Redness and minor swelling are normal side-affects of treatments, but should last no more than 8 hours after treatment has been completed (unless otherwise stated by me). We’re in the middle of the week, and I’m personally already mentally drained. Sometimes we need to just stop and take a breath, but sometimes we just need a nap.
