This week, we had to say goodbye to a very special part of Hidden Gem 🤍

Jake has been with us since the very beginning, He’s been here through every stage of growth — meeting so many clients, staff members, and friends along the way. So many of you knew him, loved him, gave him cuddles, treats, and made him a part of your salon visits over the years.

It’s hard to put into words how special it’s been to grow this business alongside him and share so many memories together. He truly lived the best life surrounded by so much love.
