Vanity by Gizz is a manifestation of my vision into reality, makeup artistry and the beauty industry has always been a passion of mine. From a young age modeling was my goal and I had great experiences on the runway, photo shooting and doing live events. I have had my fair experience with the industry in front of the camera and now behind the scenes. Born and raised in Jamaica I did my very first fashion show at the age of 7, and that is when my introduction to beauty, fashion, and makeup began. It has been a part of my life ever since. When I moved to America in the year 2001, I attended John Casablanca Modeling Agency which was my first step in educating myself and I even had the chance to try out for America Next Top model. After having my children, I decided behind the scenes was a better option for me. I found a new intoxicating love for makeup; I have been doing it since 2014 but did not get serious about it until 2017 when I enrolled in Academy of Glam and became a certified multi-media artist. Makeup is the essence of me, and I cannot wait to enhance the natural beauty in you, for you and for your clients.
