Less make-up is better, and it's always better to let your natural beauty shine. Essentially, be happy with your appearance.

Natural beauty products are a must! I use coconut oil-based RMS makeup, and I slather almond oil on my hands to soak while I watch a movie.

I mix all different oils - my bathroom at home is littered with oils; I'm really into natural beauty and natural healing. Peppermint is really good if you put it on your stomach for a tummy ache; lavender is kind of all-purpose - I think everyone should carry it.

I love the fact that we are surrounded by this spectacular natural beauty that routinely strikes us dead. Hikers walk off into the woods and are never seen again. And still we tug on our fleece and skip off into the wilderness, not a care in the world.

I would never like to endorse a fairness cream. I believe in natural beauty.

Life isn't always really glamorous and fabulous. It's about encouraging people to go back to natural beauty.
