I usually eat light and clean but today I'm cheating 😩😩😩

When I rise at 6 am I only drink spring water and coconut water till around 11 am-1 pm when I break my fast with my first meal

This works well for me because I give my body extend hours to rest and rejuvenate. 🗣 hints why I have a 24-inch waistline 🤫

The spring water and coconut water are like an internal wash for my organs and wake up my digestive system.

Then mid-day I eat my first meal aka breakfast that usually consists of one or two fruits within the same fruit group (PAIR YOUR FRUITS ACCORDINGLY NOT ALL FRUIT DIGEST AT THE SAME RATE) you do not want the fruits to sit and ferment in your gut, you need them to digest right away! So stop buying precut fruit salads from Publix thinking you doing something good... because you are not!
