Wow wow wow wow. BEYOND 😭 thank you all very much for the insane support on this collection. This is the best launch I have had in literal years! What a way to reinvigorate my passion for this brand. Not that it ever fizzled, but the doubt can sometimes infiltrate the creativity. So happy to see that this collection resonated with so many of you and that we get to uplift other businesses along the way. Shoutout to 🙏🙏

This one hurt not gonna lie. I was thrilled when my dream collaboration made it into my inbox, but I had to be really smart this time and remember that not every collaboration is a guaranteed success. With the cost of the products themselves, the campaign assets , the marketing, etc launching a collection is already so expensive adding in an upfront minimum guarantee (that can range from $10,000-$30,000 upfront) paid to the collaborator PLUS a percentage of sales going forward can sometimes be detrimental to small businesses. Although me standing my ground led to me being ghosted, I ultimately think it was the best thing for us moving forward. What do you think?
