sometimes you need to disconnect from all the outside noise and focus on yourself, and there is nothing wrong with loving yourself enough to know when you need a little break 🫶🏻 everyone posts their best moments on social media, and the truth is… not every moment is perfect, easy, or even pretty — and that’s okay 🤍 it’s in those unshared moments behind the scenes where some real growth happens 🌱

Going back to school, starting a new job and juggling life in general it’s been hectic to say the least — but I’m learning to give myself grace and celebrate the little wins along the way 🥰 and I am so grateful to have such an amazing support system between my family, friends, clients and all of you 🥹

waiting for the boat to come pick me up so I can go to Fiji and give Amaya Papaya a hug after the last episode of 🏝️❤️

and maybe knock some sense into the rest of the islanders because they’ve really pi**ed me off this season when they kicked off 💔
