Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas, all the nurturers, care givers & lovers. The lessons continue to pour in. Learning how to evolve while being a mom. Putting me aside to take care of my kids, it’s the biggest lesson to learn. I am so proud of them and I am grateful beyond measure or words that they chose me as their mama. ♥️

It’s actually happening. Everyone is talking about alignment … this is it. I was terrified to surf. But I wanted it. I did not want to sit on the beach anymore and watch the boys surf. Then I tried and got really scared. Then I got a coach and unlearned my fears. I learned how to surf, slowly, step by step. Not into fear but into safety. I have nothing to prove with my surf ability. I fall all the time. I miss so many waves. But I am doing it and it feels amazing. This is my first yoga & surf retreat. It’s small, intimate, tender. This is designed for the person who wants off the side line, with love and care. ♥️ DM for more info

Tulum you did it again. Every person that came on this one added magic - alchemy at its finest. I danced w my soul sis - got lessons in AI from received the most delicious restorative class from & had the blessing to go back into the Yogic Pantheon relearning the stories so they could unfold in the yoga classes.
