One of my favorite sessions! This couple was celebrating their 40th anniversary and their children surprised them with a photo shoot. They were both so funny, and warm.
One of my favorite parts of photography is meeting new individuals and hearing their stories. I’ve photographed many couples from engagements, to weddings, and anniversaries. All the older couples I’ve photographed always seem to be so gracious, and still have such fun with their partners. It’s beautiful to witness.

Starting with engagement shoots then weddings, maternity and family photos, I have been blessed to witness many families grow.
One thing that became clear to me as a photographer, once children were in the picture the parents were often relegated to just that, parents. I always take time in a family session to get a few special pictures of the bond between the two individuals that created the family. It’s this love that is the seed of the family tree.

I’m a romantic at heart, and I adore being able to photograph all different kinds of relationships, because at the core of each one is love.
In over 16 years as a professional photographer I’ve photographed many weddings. I have to say one of the most joyous, romantic, giggliest weddings I’ve ever worked had to be this one. The bride and groom were so completely in love and obviously ecstatic to be marrying one another. And the bride couldn’t stop blushing. It was a truly beautiful event.
