Per continual Miami-Dade County policies and CDC guidelines, Z-Form Fitness has agreed to the following; effective Monday, June 7, 2021.
CDC guidelines state that fully vaccinated individuals can "resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing.”
Those individuals who have not taken the vaccine should continue to wear a facial covering.
Although we have made this decision, we will continue enforcing our sanitation stations and all individuals are required to wipe down any and all equipment used. Please remember to utilize our complimentary towel service to ensure a clean and safe environment.
