Long femurs? Make the adjustment.

✅ A weightlifters starting positioning is vital. A slight lift of the hips in turn bringing the shoulder ever so slightly over the barbell, is a good reference point for longer limbed athletes. Try it out. Leave your comments below!

✅ Being able to distribute your bodyweight efficiently throughout the entire lift is imperative for body control and overall stability. Solidify your first pull and watch your results improve.
