I must say that this is not your beginning picture 😱 In the picture to the right you had already had a lot of improvement. We started for the bottom and build a solid foundation with plenty of room for improvement. ( because that’s the right way of doing it) NOTHING WORTH HAVING COME EASY or cheap 🤔🤭 good nutrition and a good coach is not cheap. (but that’s for another day. )

thank you a million for trusting the process. For trusting in me to help you and guide you along the way. I know it hasn’t been easy but you always ALWAYS show up with a smile and ready to crush it. Even when is 5am 😎now that’s DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT.
Now let’s keep it up because the fun is just beginning. 🤪😜😎

Nice to be back.

My mother was my biggest supporter. She would ALWAYS tell me “Joa when I get better I’m going to get in the best shape and do everything you do”

So, MOM Are not physically doing every I do will me. But, every time I workout. Every client I train, every race I sign up for. I do it with you. Because I know your right next to me encouraging me and protecting me always.

And for some reason every race day since you passed have been extra emotional (not intentionally). But, I can still hear and feel your enthusiasm after all my races. THIS ONE AND ALL MY RACES WE RUN TOGETHER.

Cherish and value everything you have TODAY because you never know know when it could be gone. Spend time with your love ones and show them some love, 💯 that’s worth more than any gift you can buy at a store. Have a blessed Christmas.
